Responsibilities

Provides patient safety focused on organization-wide infection surveillance, control and prevention program. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field of study.

Education

may be substituted for relevant experience in accordance to policy. 3 years of directly related experience. Certified Infection Control Practitioner required; or must complete within 2 years of hire. Provides patient safety focused on organization-wide infection surveillance, control and prevention program. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
