Director of Commercial Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Commercial Marketing based in the United States. The Director of Commercial Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of commercial fitness brands, supporting customers ranging from major fitness facilities and institutions to luxury hotels, resorts, and boutique Pilates studios.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, connecting marketing initiatives directly to commercial pipeline growth and revenue outcomes. A key priority will be expanding the business in luxury hospitality by building market credibility, developing flagship partnerships, and creating compelling customer success stories.

The successful candidate will also strengthen brand positioning, equip sales teams with effective tools, and support the growth of connected fitness subscriptions. Working closely with commercial sales leaders, creative teams, and external agencies, you will build scalable marketing programs across multiple sales channels.
