As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist , you will be responsible for the administration of Fx. Pro’s employee benefits programs overseeing payroll-related benefits and insurance plans.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs, maintaining accurate and timely delivery Monitor employee eligibility milestones and initiate benefits enrolment at the right time Manage benefits delivered through payroll, tracking payments and deductions to maintain accuracy Manage insurance plans, including enrolments, changes, renewals, and employee queries Prepare and maintain benefits reports, track related costs, and provide regular reports to management Work closely with Payroll and Administration on benefits tracking and data accuracy Collaborate with benefits providers, insurers, and external vendors Respond to employee questions about benefits, eligibility, and procedures Maintain accurate benefits records, trackers, and reports in SAP and Google Sheets or Excel Identify inefficiencies in benefits processes and propose improvements Handle confidential employee and compensation data with full discretion Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits Experience working in a multinational environment Strong working knowledge of Excel Solid understanding of benefits administration, including provident funds and insurance plans Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numbers Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Fluent English Availability to work fully on-site in Ypsonas, Cyprus Interview steps Screening call (~30 minutes) Technical interview on-site (~60 minutes) Final Interview (~40 minutes) Our benefits Excellent compensation package Medical insurance Provident fund In-house gym with a personal trainer Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages Company discount card for various products & services 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually Fx.
