The role involves: 👉 Visiting customers at their homes after booking 👉 Understanding their experience and resolving concerns 👉 Keeping customers engaged throughout their journey 👉 Identifying cancellation risks and proactively addressing them 👉 Exploring relevant home loan opportunities with customers 👉 Building relationships that lead to customer references
