Management Trainee – Sales (Founders’ Track)

We’re hiring freshers who want to build a career in sales and are ready to start right away. At JungleWorks, freshers get real work from the first week. You’ll have your own market, your own targets, and the space to try things your way. We think the best way to learn business is to sell, so that’s where everyone on this track begins.

What you’ll do In the beginning, you’ll learn the product you're aligned to and the markets we sell in. You’ll reach out to prospects, have a lot of conversations, and set up meetings for deals.

As you get better, you’ll start closing deals yourself and handling your own accounts. People who do well here have gone on to lead teams and move into other functions like product, marketing and customer success. Over time, the strongest performers can take on a full business line. There’s no set timeline for any of this.

It depends on you. Good to know The shifts are rotational. You’ll learn a lot on the job and through your own effort, so you’ll need to be someone who figures things out. Some weeks will be hard.
