We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a busy aftersales department.

The Role As Senior Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the Aftersales leadership team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service department.

Your responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries and service bookings Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the service journey Explaining repair requirements and associated costs clearly and professionally Liaising with workshop technicians and service management Maximising service and repair opportunities through effective upselling Keeping customers informed on vehicle progress and completion times Handling customer concerns and ensuring prompt resolution Supporting and mentoring junior Service Advisors where required Ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and manufacturer standards About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised main dealer environment Strong knowledge of automotive aftersales processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven experience of achieving upsell and customer satisfaction targets The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong organisational and administration skills A positive and professional attitude Experience supporting colleagues or acting as a senior member of the team would be advantageous A full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer?
