Business Area Assistant

We are looking to hire a professional to support the key processes carried out within the Business Area, particularly those related to commercial activities, marketing and communications, customer service and experience, digital transformation, technology transfer to companies, and training. Tasks to be performed: Customers and Sales: CRM management, contact data entry and data quality control Company prospecting Support in the customer visit plan Management of requests Follow-up of quotations Customer service Surveys Customer satisfaction reports Marketing and Audiovisuals: Photography and video production and editing Campaign coordination Support in the preparation and distribution of email campaigns Press clipping and media monitoring Organisation of internal and external events, seminars and workshops Management of trade fairs and B2B meetings, as well as institutional and stakeholder visits Other Administrative Tasks: Document management Benchmarking Report preparation Purchase orders and other related administrative tasks Strong analytical skills, organisation, planning, initiative, creativity, leadership, flexibility, adaptability to change, customer orientation, teamwork, and a people-oriented approach (cooperation and empathy) are qualities we look for in every position at AIMPLAS.

Education

Higher Vocational Training qualification in areas such as Marketing and Advertising, International Trade, Sales, Audiovisual Communication, Event Management, or similar fields. Skills: Knowledge of photo and video editing software. A minimum B2 level of English and fluency in Spanish are essential. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Experience: Professional experience in the areas mentioned above. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to commute to the workplace.
