Market Manager

This position involves overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule, and effectively managing resources to meet client requirements. The Market Manager is also responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, troubleshooting challenging issues, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met.

In addition, the role includes regular communication with senior local management, providing reports on team performance, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
