ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Service. Now AI Control Tower Consultant to join an urgent, high-impact engagement focused on enterprise-wide AI governance and lifecycle management. This is a 100% remote, W-2 contract role open to candidates based in the USA. Interviews and submissions are being processed immediately.
You will work directly with a client implementing Service. Now AI Control Tower, helping establish robust AI governance frameworks, compliance playbooks, and observability capabilities across their enterprise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Configure and implement AI Governance and Lifecycle Management capabilities within Service. Now AI Control Tower.
- Support Risk, Compliance, and Security Management initiatives aligned to enterprise AI strategy.
- Implement Discovery and Observability features to monitor and manage AI assets across the organization.
- Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Develop workflows and integrate Service. Now with enterprise AI assets and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI governance solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong Service. Now development and administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management within Service. Now.
- Solid knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Security Management principles and their implementation in Service. Now.
- Proven experience building workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations in Service. Now.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment from within the USA.
COMPENSATION
& BENEFITS
- Rate: Up to $70/hour (W-2)
- Employment Type: W-2 Contract
- Fully remote engagement — work from anywhere in the USA LOCATION - 100% Remote — must be based in the United States
