Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and common areas.

Maintain lighting systems, power distribution panels, generators, UPS, and emergency systems. Ensure proper operation of electrical equipment used in kitchens and F&B outlets. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and electrical regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical reports.

Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team and external contractors when required. Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost-saving measures. Assist during renovations, upgrades, and new installations. Technical degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installations, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in electrical installations, construction, or maintenance. Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a hotel, resort, or large commercial/building facility. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical panels, generators, electrical motors, and pumps. Experience in fault finding, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical installations and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams. Basic knowledge of electrical automation and control systems. Good understanding of electrical safety standards and safe working practices. Knowledge of hospitality and Food & Beverage operational requirements is considered an advantage.

Experience working in hotel or large-scale building installations will be considered an advantage. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
