• Hotel, Job Purpose:
• The PT Cashier at SELIG PARKING is responsible for handling financial transactions, assisting customers with parking services, and ensuring the efficient operation of the parking facility. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier booth and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies or unusual activities in the parking facility.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Perform routine checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new cashiers as needed.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience:
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
• Experience handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
