Cyber Security Identity & Access Manager

Short Description The Identity & Access Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution of the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) functions. Reporting directly to the Senior Information Security Manager, this role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems, applications, and data across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The manager oversees IAM analysts/engineers, drives adoption of Zero Trust principles, and partners with technology and business stakeholders to enforce least privilege, strengthen authentication methods, and improve identity governance across the enterprise. Physical Requirements Education Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing, Information Technology or Engineering from a four-year (4) college or university or master’s degree in Administration (MBA).

EXPERIENCE At least eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology. Experience working on an IT field, coordinating/managing IT projects and leading IT technical teams.
