About the Role

As a Line Cook in Coral Springs, FL, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. You will be responsible for efficiently managing your assigned station, ensuring that all food is prepared safely, consistently, and in a timely manner.

This role requires close collaboration with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold cleanliness and organization standards. Your work will directly impact the dining experience of our guests, contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat business. Minimum Qualifications

Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary school training or certification. Experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Food handler’s certification or equivalent. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station and kitchen area throughout the shift. Ensure all food is stored, handled, and cooked in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and timely delivery of orders.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager or supervisor. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, checking for quality and freshness of ingredients. Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
