YOUR ROLE

Handle varied and attractive cases in the field of civil and commercial litigation; Manage risks and issue legal opinions in relation to issues encountered by clients; Plead files, ensure the constitution and management of files, meet with clients and prepare legal requests; Participate and contribute to the firm’s influence, development and growth; Maintain excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Have obtained a LLB; Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar; The ideal candidate has tangible experience in civil and commercial law for a minimum of two years; He has also argued cases on the merits and is able to independently manage a case in dispute; He has good business acumen; Bilingualism.
