Location: Metro. Health Main Campus- Glick Bi-weekly Hours: 72.00 Shift: 11p-7a, 7p-7a; rotating weekends, rotating holidays For nearly two centuries, the Metro. Join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, NICU! Primary Patient Population: Neonate (Premature infants to full-term) Level 3 NICU Level 2 Step Down Primary skills utilized/learned: Ventilators/Nasal Cannula/CPAP/Vapotherm/NIMV Central line care Tube feeds Weight-based medication dosing Time management, critical thinking, delegating Personnel RN will work with : Nurse Interns, NPs, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management Number of beds on unit: 47 beds Awards or Recognitions the unit has received: Gold Beacon Award Metro.

Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).

Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire. Current NRP certification or obtained within 6 months of hire PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire Preferred Qualifications: BSN Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association
