As a Crew Member, some of your responsibilities may be to: Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and above all, honest Maintain a neat and clean appearance Follow food safety procedures Maintain a safe working condition Anticipate and identify problems and help find solutions Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Wendy's manager The ideal Wendy's Crew Member maintains a professional appearance while providing high-quality customer service and must be able to work in a team setting.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires working papers) High school diploma or GED preferred Fluent English-speaking and writing skills Willingness to work on your feet Neat, clean, and professional appearance Upbeat and engaging personality Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level Willing to work a flexible schedule, open availability preferred Exhibit a sense of urgency

Pay: $17.2 per hour
