As Senior Product Enablement & Adoption Manager, you make sure members adopt and stay engaged with Black. Cloak over time so they realize its full value. You own post-sale product launches, manage member programs, and lead strategic projects. Your work helps new and core features land with members, enables our teams to deliver a better member experience, and drives stronger renewal and expansion.
