Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed, Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time or full-time position. The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these specialty areas:
• CNA license, Permanent Make up, Lash extensions, massage.
• Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
• Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
• Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
• Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education Qualifications: Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling and skincare treatments Passionate about skincare and client results Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual, professional, and polished appearance Schedule & Perks: Part-Time or Full-Time Competitive hourly rate plus commission Employee discounts on services and products Ongoing training and professional development opportunities To Apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications to apply.
