Junior Operation Engineer

Maintain the Garment IO system in factories, support onboarding, train factory teams, and respond to day-to-day inquiries. Manage and resolve operational and technical issues promptly, escalating when necessary. Analyze and document new-factory requirements and map manufacturing processes before deployment. Conduct regular factory visits for consultancy, system support, and training.

Maintain clear, prompt, and accurate communication with factory stakeholders and internal teams. Monitor customer satisfaction, system adoption, account health, and ongoing customer success. Gather customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, prepare accurate reports, and follow up on outstanding actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to train and support factory users. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP, MES, AI tools, or similar systems is an advantage.

Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Willing and able to travel frequently to factories within Egypt.
