Warehouse Worker

Warehouse Worker Location: Aurora, CO Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire Shifts Available: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM Overtime: May be required based on business needs.

What You'll Do

Pick and process products accurately and efficiently. Work at various warehouse stations based on business needs. Perform picking where product is delivered directly to your workstation. Maintain a fast pace, with picking expectations of approximately 220 picks per hour once trained. Perform de-casing and re-induction of products.

Lift, move, and handle boxes averaging 30–35 lbs. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Adapt to changing priorities and timelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals. Be flexible and willing to move between different areas of the warehouse as business needs change.

Training Training begins with essential safety training , followed by hands-on training alongside a high-performing warehouse employee . Our goal is to help you learn the operation, understand expectations, and become productive and confident in your role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and conscious of deadlines and timelines. Flexible and willing to take on different tasks and work areas. Ability to repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing approximately 30–35 lbs. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to understand how your work contributes to the larger mission of supporting medical suppliers and healthcare operations. Must be willing to operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) if converted to a permanent position.
