What We’re Looking For: Experience : Ideally, you have 2+ years in carpentry. Basic framing knowledge is required; exposed post and beam experience is a plus. Attention to Detail : We pride ourselves on quality. Your precision and commitment to excellence will be key. Physical Fitness : Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

Team Player : Good people skills are essential as our crews often work closely together on the road. Self-Motivated : We need individuals who can take initiative and work independently when needed. Willingness to Travel : Be ready for 2-3 week travel periods. Reliable transportation is needed, but you won’t be driving cross-country—we’ve got your flights and lodging covered.
