Analista de Sales Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Sales Operations based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on strengthening sales operations through training, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

You will work closely with sales teams and leadership to identify opportunities based on operational and performance indicators. The role combines analytical thinking with coaching and training to improve sales quality and execution. You will monitor daily customer interactions and help ensure that established processes are followed effectively.
