You lead a team of six managers and play a key role in operational performance, the sector's transformation and the evolution of practises. You contribute directly to the execution of the Bank's strategic orientations by ensuring the stability and efficiency of operations, continuous improvement of processes and the implementation of major transformations. You support managers and teams in a complex, growing and changing operational environment, while promoting a quality client experience and a motivating work environment.
