SUMMER SCHEDULE: MON/WED: 3:30-6:30PM THURS: 5:30-7:30/8PM SUN: 1:00-4/5:00PM FALL SCHEDULE: MON/WED: 4:30-7:30PM SUN: 1-4/5PM *****CASES IN STATEN ISLAND AND BROOKLYN, NY!!!! FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES!!! *****CASES IN CENTRAL, NJ!!! In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children and families to implement effective behavioral interventions and support their growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide training and support to parents on behavior management techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• NO DEGREE NEEDED! WILLING TO TRAIN!
• HOURLY PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
• RBT CERTIFICATION PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
• WE WILL PAY FOR RBT CERTIFICATION
• RETHINK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client success.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is essential.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
