What You’ll Do Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and needs Develop and support IEP goals related to occupational performance Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services Implement sensory strategies and adaptive supports Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Provide training and support to classroom staff as needed Training & Support We provide CPR certification We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors What You Bring Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Valid Maryland OT license and NBCOT certification Experience in pediatrics or special education preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits: $5,000 sign on bonus Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage 401(k) with company contributions Generous Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Company-paid Life & Disability Insurance Tuition Assistance Employee Assistance Program Eligibility to participate in Linwood’s Health, Vision, and Dental benefits program begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
