Sr SAP BI/BO Consultant1 AMS Support & Incident Management Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BO/BI issues Troubleshoot and resolve: Report failures (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports) Data inconsistencies between ECC and BW Job failures (ETL / data loads) Manage SLA-driven tickets via tools like Service. Objects (WebI, Crystal Reports) SAP BW Queries (BEx) Validate report data against ECC tables (e.g., VBAK, BKPF, MARA) Ensure business-critical reports are always available and accurate 🔹 Change Requests & Enhancements Implement minor enhancements / CRs : Modify existing reports Create new queries or dashboards Prepare functional/technical specifications Coordinate with development teams for implementation 🔹 Data & ETL Monitoring Monitor and support: Data loads (Info.
