We’ll support you every step of the way. Here’s what you’d do: Greet guests as they arrive with genuine warmth Answer questions about the menu, nightly features, and reservations Serve guests drinks and starters while they wait Keep track of waiting guests, providing accurate wait times and ensuring our dining room is seated efficiently Act with confidence to ensure our guests love their experience when unique situations arise Work 30 to 35 hours (including nights and weekends), with about 3 to 4 hours of responsibilities supporting our Vintage Room events program Take pride in being part of one of the top fine dining experiences in Columbus We want you to be successful here, and will support you with: Thorough training in our beautiful dining room and open kitchen Top-notch teammates who’ll become close friends A positive, efficient, and productive work environment And our team gets great benefits: Average Pay: Approximately $36 to $40/hr Paid Vacation: Start earning vacation and paid time off from your first hour worked Sabbatical: One month paid leave every 5 years Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with a company match
