Hospitality Lead

Hospitality Lead Location: Legacy at the 19 Company: Pritchard Companies About the Role Legacy at the 19 is looking for a Hospitality Lead to help lead our restaurant and bar operations while creating an exceptional experience for our guests and team members. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Hospitality Lead will work alongside the team, support day-to-day service, coordinate staff responsibilities, maintain high operational standards, and help ensure our commitment to Team, Guest, and Quality is reflected in every shift. What You’ll Do Lead and support day-to-day restaurant and bar operations during assigned shifts.

Coordinate and delegate responsibilities across the serving and bartending teams. Conduct pre-shift touch bases covering service plans, food and drink specials, reservations, events, staffing, and team assignments. Coordinate with the Executive Chef on dinner specials and service details. Ensure the restaurant and bar are stocked, organized, clean, and prepared for service.

Coordinate staffing and operational readiness based on reservations, events, and anticipated business volume. Provide exceptional guest service and serve as a resource when guest concerns arise. Coach team members in the moment to reinforce service and operational expectations. Train and orient new servers according to established training standards.

Train team members on table service, Mobile POS procedures, organization, and guest service expectations. Reinforce responsible alcohol service, including proper identification practices and prevention of over-serving. Support team members with appropriate de-escalation techniques when challenging situations arise. Ensure opening, mid-shift, closing, side-work, and cleaning responsibilities are completed to standard.

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and safety throughout the operation. Help ensure the team is prepared for scheduled events and peak service periods. Support organic marketing and social media requests for Legacy at the 19 in coordination with leadership and Marketing. Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and help ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests.

What We’re Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, serving, and/or bartending experience. Strong guest-service and hospitality mindset. Ability to lead, coach, and support team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Confidence handling guest concerns and resolving problems professionally.

Knowledge of responsible alcohol-service practices. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, safety, and quality. Ability to work collaboratively with restaurant, bar, kitchen, events, and leadership teams. A willingness to lead by example and jump in wherever needed. Why Join Pritchard Companies?
