Service-oriented mindset, active listening skills and a desire to help others. Proficient typing speed and able to coordinate and toggle between various systems. Willingness to work a 5.25-day week (alternate half-day Saturdays).

1 year of customer service or call centre or healthcare experience is a plus. Ability to converse in other languages (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is highly advantageous as you may be required to handle non-English speaking callers.

Your Qualifications GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels or Polytechnic Diploma. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position.
