The Collections Specialist Team Lead

• Trainer and Development Specialist will partner with management, agents one on one and in group settings to develop, direct, plan, implement and evaluate employee training activities in support of the Quality Assurance Division, including all positions, departments, and/or enterprise goals, process improvement efforts or requirements. The candidate will supply direct, real-time, on-the-floor training to Customer Service Representatives – both new and established staff.
