Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, IBM MQ, and modern front-end technologies . The role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture contribution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications and microservices. Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations. Develop REST APIs and event-driven services using Java and Spring Boot. Build highly scalable and secure applications using microservices architecture. Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.

Implement asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka and IBM MQ . Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications on Kubernetes . Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to define technical solutions. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture. Experience with API Gateway solutions (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway). Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies such as Istio. Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus Grafana Splunk Dynatrace ELK Stack Exposure to financial services, manufacturing, telecom, or large-scale enterprise applications.
