• Temecula, CA, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $16.90 - $19.00Hourly, Job Shift: Graveyard, Cleaning Crew Title: Cleaning Crew Supervisor: 770 Supervisor Classification: PT2: Non-Exempt Position Description: Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Cleaning Crew Member is responsible for cleaning and keeping areas sanitary and immaculate. This position is expected to display and practice a work style that reflects the mission and values of Rancho Community Church and Schools. Job Specific Duties: Be a productive and active team member. Maintain work schedules in performing tasks. Clean and sanitize all areas; buildings, sidewalks, lunch areas, offices, hallways, classrooms, stairways, sanctuaries, etc. or as assigned Clean all building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting or vacuuming Gather and empty trash and trash containers, as needed Service, clean, sanitize and supply restrooms Clean, polish and/or dust furniture, fixtures walls, machines and equipment, windows and mirrors Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage or injury Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties Demonstrate safe practices in the department Participate in Operations department meetings, workshops and/or seminars. Demonstrate teamwork in the department and maintain a pleasant appearance and demeanor Notify managers concerning the need for all repairs or additions to building operating systems Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours Other Expectations: Flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques Actively and collaboratively participate as a member of the Operations staff team Keep phone, radio, email and text communications responsive Focus on safety Take pride in quality of work Utilize analytical/troubleshooting skills to assist in diagnostic procedures to improve efficiency Demonstrate the ability to follow schedules and multi-task Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Spiritual Qualifications: Demonstrate a passion for Christ and his Kingdom through personal spiritual discipline and public ministry. Seeks to grow in that relationship with Christ through personal spiritual discipline, education, accountability and service to his Kingdom. Professional Qualifications: Experience: No experience to some commercial cleaning Education: High School diploma or GED Possesses a strong attention to detail Works efficiently Understands and communicates effectively orally and written instructions as well as read labels
