What You'll Do

Operate various CNC manufacturing machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications Read and follow job orders and work instructions Set up and adjust machine operating parameters Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Weigh and measure materials and finished products Load raw materials and stock into equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist team members and support production goals What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or HiSET equivalent Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting and standing Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn Why Choose RMT?
