About the Role

The Butler provides personalized, discreet, and high-end service to assigned guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury stay. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and delivering exceptional personalized services.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for guest needs Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Arrange dining, transportation, and in-room experiences Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, coffees, and specialty drinks Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred 2–4 years’ experience as Butler or in luxury hotel guest service Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism, grooming, and discretion Knowledge of VIP service standards in luxury hotels Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Fluency in English (mandatory) Additional languages highly preferred: Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic
