Digital Performance Specialist

Job Description: Responsibilities Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms to maximize ROI Analyze campaign and website data to generate actionable insights and recommendations Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure, and efficiency Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated execution and accurate reporting Prepare performance reports and client-facing presentations Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–2 years’ experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social) Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerce Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is an advantage Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail Good client-facing and communication skills Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment We offer 5 days' work and attractive compensation package to suitable candidates.
