Team Lead Operations

📍 Location: Santa Ana, El Salvador. 💼 Work Type: Hybrid (Home Office and On-Site). Job Description: The Operations Team Leader is responsible to ensure Interpreters are performing according to our client expectations, working on any area of opportunity needed by providing real time support, proper coaching/follow up when needed.

As well as ensuring all KPI´s targets are reached.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain constant and effective communication with our Interpreters Team.
• Collaborate with different Departments to Coordinate Efforts.
• Generate reports and analysis in Excel and Office 365 Apps to support decision-making process.

Requirements

• Knowledge in the Interpretation Industry.
• Proficiency in Excel (Medium
• Advance) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong English skills (Above 85%).
• Minimum of 3 years if experience in Leadership/Staff Members.
