Key Responsibilities

Cover open shifts and assignments based on operational needs. Maintain a visible security presence through foot patrols and site monitoring. Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner. Provide professional customer service to clients, tenants, employees, and visitors. Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, law enforcement, and emergency personnel. Maintain assigned equipment and ensure it is properly used and accounted for. Follow all company and site-specific policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Must have flexible availability, including the ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation and the ability to report to different assigned locations. Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills. Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability. Ability to remain calm, use good judgment, and handle changing assignments.

Prior security experience is preferred but not required. What Makes This Position Different?
