Accounts Payable Intern

Your Contribution: Support the Accounts Payable team by reviewing invoice queues, validating invoice dates, and following up on issues related to pending invoices. Resolve issues associated with aged invoices, including coordinating payment processing, requesting invoice reissuance, or managing invoice rejections when appropriate.

Provide support in preparing reports, as well as validating and verifying documentation and relevant information required for the process. Contribute to the monitoring and control of administrative activities to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Your Experience & Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

English proficiency is desirable. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables. Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to validate information accurately.
