• CASA GRANDE, AZ, Position Type: Full-time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst This position works onsite in Casa Grande, Arizona. Remote work is not available. Sun Life Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst with advanced Excel skills to analyze revenue cycle performance, build dashboards and scorecards, and provide reports that support operational and financial improvements.

Responsibilities

Analyze billing, collections, denials, accounts receivable, and reimbursement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports. Use eClinicalWorks reporting tools and advanced Excel to prepare recurring and ad hoc reports. Ensure reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepancies.

Present findings and recommendations to Revenue Cycle leadership. Partner with billing, coding, front office, and clinical teams to improve revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of healthcare revenue cycle experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting, and data analysis, required. Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports. Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, claims, collections, denial management, and payer reimbursement.

Power BI experience is a plus. eClinicalWorks and FQHC experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Sun Life Health is an equal opportunity employer.
