Maintenance Technician

MLP Management, LLC is a well-established, regional property management company seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join its team!. Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain appearance of the community Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner, including painting Execute preventative maintenance programs Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules Maintenance Technician qualifications: 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 years in multi-family) required EPA Certification CPO Certification Class A maintenance experience preferred Must be available to be on-call as required.

Current and valid driver's license along with current auto insurance Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm On-call rotation required
