• Change Management , you will be analyzing and auditing business process workflows, owning process improvement projects, and executing process improvement plans. The starting salary for this role is $86,000 - $110,000 annually and is open to in-office or hybrid work options. Why Join Us? What a successful Operations /Business Analyst will accomplish in the first 90 days: Gain a thorough understanding of Nor-Cal Controls' business operations, processes, and procedures. Identify process improvement areas of opportunity. Meet Nor-Cal’s Core Values Preferred Experience: Associate’s degree (or above) in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or computer science. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile or similar certification. 4+ years' of experience with operations, change management, analytics, audit, or quality.
