Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) Work From Home | Paid Training | Uncapped Commissions | Performance Incentives Looking for a remote sales career where your performance drives your earning potential? This full-time, remote W-2 opportunity offers paid training, uncapped commissions, additional new-hire earning opportunities, benefits, and career development. What You’ll Do Handle approximately 15–25 inbound customer calls daily in a fast-paced environment. Use consultative selling and customer service skills to identify needs and recommend TV, internet, phone, and related services. Handle objections, create sales opportunities, and confidently close sales on the initial call.

Meet individual sales goals and participate in ongoing coaching. Important: This is an inbound sales role, not a traditional customer service position. Customers may not initially be calling to purchase, so the ability to create opportunities and close sales is essential. Who We’re Looking For Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Resilience, confidence handling objections, and a goal-oriented mindset. Basic computer skills, ability to multitask, and openness to coaching. Schedule & Remote Work Requirements Full-time, 40-hour schedule with paid remote onboarding and sales certification.

Regular schedule includes four weekdays and Saturdays; weekday shifts may end as late as 8:00 PM ET and Saturday shifts as late as 6:00 PM ET. Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOE): Windows 11 computer with at least 8 GB RAM, reliable high-speed internet, headset, and a quiet professional workspace. Company equipment is not provided.

Compensation

& Earning Opportunities At Ignition CX, earning potential extends beyond the hourly base rate. Uncapped Sales Commissions: Your performance drives your earning potential. Accelerated Earnings Program: Opportunity to earn up to $1,500 in additional new hire incentives. Onboarding Incentives: Opportunity to earn up to $400 in additional incentives during your first four weeks.

Base Hourly Pay: $10.00 per hour starting Day One, plus eligible commissions and incentives. Additional sales contests and performance recognition opportunities. Commissions and incentives are subject to program terms, performance, and eligibility requirements. Earnings are not guaranteed.
