Job Summary： The Multimedia Specialist will support the Corporate Communications team by creating engaging visual and digital content that showcases the company's people, culture, products, community involvement, and business achievements.

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented with a passion for visual storytelling and multimedia production. III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Assist in capturing photos and videos of company events, employee activities, manufacturing operations, volunteer initiatives, and community outreach programs 2 Support the production and editing of videos for internal communications, social media, recruitment, public relations, and corporate marketing purposes 3 Create graphics, presentations, digital signage content, and promotional materials that align with company branding standards 4 Help develop employee spotlight stories, anniversary features, and other content that highlights company culture and workforce achievements 5 Assist with social media and digital content creation, including photography, short-form videos, graphics, and captions 6 Organize and maintain photo, video, and digital asset libraries 8 Support corporate events by documenting activities and producing post-event content.

9 Collaborate with team members on communication campaigns, special projects, and multimedia initiatives. 10 Perform other communications and multimedia-related duties as assigned IⅤ. Qualification Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin.

• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Experience Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software. Basic photography and videography skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Multimedia Production, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field. Physical Condition The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY

• Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 1. Timely Project Delivery: Independently complete assigned media projects on time each month;
2. Content Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and quality of all media content.
3. Group Media Content Tasks: Successfully complete media content assignments from the Group in accordance with requirements and deadlines. Must be 18 years of age or older.
