Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Radiant Minds ABA Radiant Minds ABA is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Position Overview

The RBT will implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change in a structured and engaging clinical setting.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions Maintain professional and compliant documentation Contribute to a positive, engaging, and motivating clinic environment Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Current, valid CPR/BLS certification Experience working with children, preferably with autism Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, reliable, compassionate, and eager to lead by example Reliable transportation and ability to work in a clinic setting Why Radiant Minds ABA?
