In this customer-focused role, you will develop commercial opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service solutions across the UK market.

_____ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and develop new business opportunities for service, spare parts, and upgrade solutions within the assigned market Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction Drive market growth by acquiring new customers, monitoring market developments, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives _____ YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Strong technical background, preferably within marine, offshore, or a related engineering environment Several years of experience in service sales, after-sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service Fluent in English, both written and spoken Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills _____ WHAT WE OFFER Private Medical Insurance (entitled to join after 6 months of service - contributions will be made by the company, but this is private to you and therefore will be viewed as a benefit by HMRC and be subject to tax) Company mobile phone for business use only.
