What You'll Do

Support day-to-day technical operations, projects, and customer initiatives. Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and assist with technical problem-solving. Work closely with internal technical teams and external customers. Assist with system setup, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. Document findings, communicate updates, and help improve processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Provide professional, responsive support while managing multiple priorities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related technical field REQUIRED. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply! Open to candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Ability to travel domestically approximately 40%. Work Model: Hybrid opportunity based in Frisco, TX — 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with flexibility around business travel.
