Resp Therapist RRT Lead

The Lead Respiratory Therapist / Pulmonary Function Technologist provides advanced respiratory care, serves as the operational lead for the Respiratory Therapy department during assigned hours, and performs pulmonary function testing (PFT) as a primary scheduled responsibility. The position combines direct patient care, staff leadership, workflow coordination, quality oversight, equipment readiness, documentation review, and outpatient/inpatient pulmonary diagnostic services.

The Lead Therapist supports the Respiratory Therapy Director while maintaining a visible clinical presence and assisting staff with complex respiratory care needs.
