Process Engineer I

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, problem-solving, and new product/process development. This role works closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and overall process performance.

The Process Engineer will monitor and improve manufacturing processes, develop and maintain Process Flows, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and SOPs, support New Model Introduction activities, and coordinate testing of new materials and equipment. The role will also coach team members in problem-solving, continuous improvement, SPC, 5S, TPM, and other manufacturing best practices.
