Full-Time Lead Cook

Reporting to the Executive Chef and Dining Service Director, the Lead Cook is responsible for coordinating daily food preparation and service activities, training and supporting kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and assisting with the overall operation of the kitchen. This role serves as a working leader and provides operational oversight in the absence of kitchen management.
