Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member and previously owned a commercial and residential cleaning business. My entrepreneurial background taught me the importance of hard work, accountability, and building strong relationships with both customers and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
